Service Commitments:Efficient     Convenient     Intimate

1、Strictly implement the Law of the People’s Republic of China on Product Quality, Law of the People’s Republic of China on Protection of Consumers’ Rights and Interests and Rules and Regulations on Repair, Exchange and Return of Partial Products (namely the new “warranty” code) and provide all-round services for consumers. 

2、The Company applies to free warranty services to fault arising from non-artificial damage within the warranty period. 

3、Free warranty conditions: 
(1) Within the warranty period; 

(2) Provide purchasing invoice or other valid purchasing certificates. 

4、The following situations do not fall within service of warranty services, but paid maintenance shall be applied: 

(1) Failure to provide purchasing invoice or other valid purchasing certificates; 

(2) Products beyond warranty periods; 

(3) Products within the warranty period and damaged by the Company’s non-franchised service (installation or uninstallation for service by customers); 

(4) Products damaged by improper use, maintenance or keeping by consumers within the warranty period, free service is provided, and parts are charged; 

(5) Warranty card or purchasing invoice altered; 

(6) Products damaged by non-domestic use (such as commercial use) within the warranty period, free service is provided, and part components are charged; 
(7) Products damaged by unstable power voltage, beyond normal range (198V-242V) or power installation inconsistent with the national electrical installation within the warranty period, free service is provided, and parts are paid. 

(8) Products damaged by irresistible natural disasters within the warranty period, free service is provide, and parts are paid
